Simple phones that work on Fido

Fido runs on Rogers's network.

Fido sells no basic or flip phones (checked 2026-10-16).

• 2G: Off. Rogers is retiring 2G on 30 November 2027 and already charges customers still using it, so we don't count 2G as a way to make calls.
• 4G calling for phones they didn't sell: Approved phones only. Fido asks customers bringing a phone to confirm with the maker that it's certified for 4G calling.

We can't yet confirm any of the phones we list make calls on Fido.

We've left out 5 phones we can't confirm work on Fido.
