Does the CoComm DT250 work on Lyca Mobile?

Works (on 2G)

Calls and texts work on Lyca Mobile using 2G. They'll stop working when 2G is switched off unless 4G calling gets enabled.

How we worked it out

2G calls: The phone supports 2G and Lyca Mobile's 2G network is still on (Lyca Mobile uses EE's network).
4G bands: Shares 4G bands with Lyca Mobile: B3, B7, B20, B28.
4G calling: We haven't confirmed whether Lyca Mobile enables 4G calling on this phone.

Lyca Mobile runs on EE's network, so it uses EE's masts and bands.

About 2G: EE plans to start switching off 2G from May 2029, and says phones without 4G calling will lose service entirely once it closes.

About 4G calling: EE says it can't guarantee 4G calling on phones bought elsewhere.
