2G calls: Coles Mobile has no 2G network.
4G bands: Shares 4G bands with Coles Mobile: B1, B3, B7, B8, B28.
4G calling: Coles Mobile only enables 4G calling on approved phones, and we haven't confirmed this one.

Reports for Optus

Coles Mobile runs on Optus's masts but keeps its own list of phones it enables 4G calling on, so a report for Optus doesn't confirm a phone on Coles Mobile. A problem on Optus does count against it.

Optus publishes its own device guide for the SPACETALK Adventurer 2 (activate, insert SIM, specifications). Spacetalk says a third-party SIM needs an extra fee and app subscription. Source

Coles Mobile runs on Optus's network, so it uses Optus's masts and bands.

About 2G: Optus switched off 2G on 1 August 2017 (April 2017 in WA and the NT), and began switching off 3G on 28 October 2024.

About 4G calling: Optus offers 4G calling on compatible phones bought from Optus, and blocks phones that can't call 000 over 4G.
