How we worked it out

2G calls: Consumer Cellular has no 2G network.
4G bands: Shares 4G bands with Consumer Cellular: B4.
4G calling: Consumer Cellular only enables 4G calling on approved phones, and we haven't confirmed this one.

Consumer Cellular runs on AT&T's network, so it uses AT&T's masts and bands.

About 2G: AT&T switched off 2G on 1 January 2017 and 3G on 22 February 2022.

About 4G calling: Consumer Cellular checks phones with an IMEI checker and publishes no list.
