Flip phones
Flip phones fold shut, so the keys and screen are protected in a pocket or bag, and you can end a call with a satisfying snap. Here are the flip phones sold in the US.

Why choose a flip phone?
A folding phone is small when closed and a comfortable size for calls when open. The keys can't be pressed by accident, and many flip phones have a small outer screen that shows the time and who's calling.
Flip phones are popular with older people for their big keys and with anyone who wants a phone that feels like a phone, not a pocket-sized screen.
Will a flip phone work on my network?
Not always, and it's rarely clear from the shop listing. Some flip phones can only make calls using 2G or 3G, which networks are switching off, and others need the network to approve them for 4G calling. Pick your network above and we'll only show the ones we've confirmed.
