TCL P7L QLED Google TV
A mid-range TCL Google TV that TCL says can be set up in Basic TV Mode with no internet and no Google account.
Smart, works offline
Exactly what the sources say: TCL states its Google TVs "give you the option to use Basic TV Mode during setup", usable "without an internet connection" and "without a Google Account", but "Without internet access, your TV won't receive important security or software updates". Google says basic TV must be picked at first setup; switching later needs a factory reset. Remote is a voice remote. 2 x 10 W speakers, Ethernet and Bluetooth. Viewing-data settings when online were not checked.
