Does the HMD 2660 Flip 4G work on 48?

Works (on 2G)

Calls and texts work on 48 using 2G. They'll stop working when 2G is switched off unless 4G calling gets enabled.

How we worked it out

2G calls: The phone supports 2G and 48's 2G network is still on (48 uses Three's network).
4G bands: Shares 4G bands with 48: B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, B28.
4G calling: The phone doesn't support 4G calling (VoLTE).

48 runs on Three's network, so it uses Three's masts and bands.

About 2G: Three hasn't announced a 2G switch-off. It began closing 3G in late 2024 but hasn't given a date for finishing.

About 4G calling: Three doesn't publish a list of phones that get 4G calling.
