How we worked it out
- 2G calls: The phone doesn't support 2G.
- 4G bands: No 4G bands in common with iiNet Mobile.
- 4G calling: 4G calling needs a shared 4G band.
iiNet Mobile runs on Vodafone's network, so it uses Vodafone's masts and bands.
About 2G: Vodafone (TPG Telecom) switched off 2G in 2018 and 3G in January 2024.
About 4G calling: Vodafone only offers 4G calling on approved phones, and may suspend phones that aren't approved.
